Jeni Marshall
Town Clerk
Jeni has been working at Cainscross Town Council since July 2007.
She lives in Bussage and has three children and two grandchildren. She enjoys cooking with her partner, reading and walking

Emily Forgione
Assistant Town Clerk
Emily started work at Cainscross Town Council in October 2020 as Assistant Town Clerk. She has responsibility for the Website, social media and general support to the Clerk. She has lived in Cainscross for much of her life and currently lives in Paganhill with her husband, two children and Boxer dog. She enjoys photography and floristry in her spare time.

Liane relocated to Stroud from South Wales in 2013. She took the opportunity to change direction and went from teaching adults in a prison setting to charity to charity and community work. She quickly became active in her community where she has organised numerous events. She brings that wealth of experience to Cainscross Town Council.
Carrie Couling

Carrie joined Cainscross Town Council in March 2024. Having worked for the Council previously as well as Stroud District Council she brings plenty of experience to the role and is excited to continue to contribute to the community. Carrie enjoys walking her dog, relaxing with a good sit-com and spending time with her family and friends.
Paul Underwood
Senior Grounds-person
Paul joined the Council as part time Grounds and Maintenance Man in May 2003. In February 2014 Paul was promoted to Senior Groundsman. Paul was born and grew up in Brimscombe and moved to Ebley in 1989 with his wife and two children. In his spare time Paul enjoys playing badminton and holidaying abroad.
Linda Mayo
Assistant Grounds-person
Linda worked for the Council from 2002 to 2006 and then rejoined us in 2013. Linda lives in Ebley and is married with one son and two grandchildren. Linda enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dogs and taking them to dog shows.
